Sprouting Butterfly

Hello there! I'm Sarah and I am the face behind Sprouting Butterfly.

I am passionate about community and people having a tribe who they can do life with. I have always felt that community is immensely important but have had a number of season in life over the past 10 years where community proved invaluable. From a journey of infertility to life with a newborn, then the sudden death of mum and 2 miscarriages I was so grateful that God had placed me in a loving and Christ filled community. I love that they build me up and that I can do the same for them as we do life together.

I love to encourage and build up my community and so I used my love of creating to start making cards and wall prints for others to encourage and build others up or to have encouraging verses and quote on their walls.

Having experienced many lows in life and living a journey of grief I truly believe we are called to be there for our community in all waves of life but so many people don't know what to say or do. This inspired me to created some sympathy cards that don't suck after receiving so many that were filled with frustrating platitudes which could often frustrate more than comfort.

I am always so excited when I receive orders from people for encouragement cards as I love to be a part of someone receving what is often much needed support and love.
