This little heart charm sits on my popular sterling silver bead bracelets. Subtle and delicate, it’s a lovely option for adding some personalised jewellery to your collection, or for sentimental gifting. We suggest adding the initial of a loved one, celebrating a special milestone or birthday with an ‘18’ or ‘30’, or even adding additional heart tags to mark the initials of children.
