Miriam Markham is a new and innovative British jewellery brand providing individual, delicate jewellery.

Founder and CEO, Miriam Markham, was surrounded by diverse culture and design from an early age. She was born in England but grew up in Malawi, Bangladesh, and Kenya, and spent much of her childhood travelling throughout East Africa and South-East Asia. Miriam was drawn to the way that the artists she encountered incorporated their values and experiences into their work - an element which has become an influential force in her jewellery design process. A decisive moment during an art class with a Bengali mask-maker set her on a path of creative experimentation, but it was during her art degree in 2011 that she started designing and making jewellery. After several years of development Miriam started up the company based in her home in West Sussex in 2017.

Each collection of jewellery is inspired by different aspects of Miriam's life. Miriam Markham is designed with the intention to give joy to those who own it, and spread love through those who give it.
