SHIPPING & RETURNS

Non-Personalised Orders are generally dispatched within 1 Working Day of the order. Personalised Orders can also be dispatched within 1 Working Day but may naturally take a little longer to produce.

All orders are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Delivery as standard (please allow 1-2 days for delivery). Next Day Delivery is also available for an additional fee. We ship throughout the UK, Europe and beyond - just check our shipping options for locations and pricing and be sure to contact me if you need it shipping somewhere else!

Please get in touch within 14 days of delivery to discuss any issues you might encounter with your order and I’ll do what I can to help. Unfortunately due to the nature of custom orders, I can't accept any returns on personalised designs.
