Gladness In My Soul Print
by Grace Gatley Textiles

Description
'Gladness In My Soul' is a signed giclee print of an original textile embroidery.
The original textile collage was inspired by a lovely old hymn. Beautiful linens and pieces of lace doilies were used to build up a tactile, layered surface, before being hand printed and freehand machine embroidered with the words from the hymn. The piece was then overlaid with appliqued fabrics and embellished with hand embroidery.
Many hours of work went into creating the original hand stitched piece and this professional, archival print has picked out the textures of the lace, and details on the hand stitching beautifully.
It is printed on to textured fine art paper using archival inks which will make your artwork last a lifetime. The paper measures 9x9'' and the image measures approximately 7×7’’. Frame not included.
This happy little print of an original textile collage features the words from a glorious old hymn and would brighten up any space.
