Dashing Men’s Jacket Card- A Garment of Praise

Looking to inspire a man in your life so see his daily routine in a new way? A Garment of Praise is a greeting card featuring a digital image of an original textile embroidery piece.
The original piece was inspired by Isaiah 61:3 - ‘a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair’.
I have always loved this passage. It has caused me to wonder what does a ‘Garment of Praise’ look like? To me it is the outfit you wear when you are your most confident, most yourself, not inhibited by the past, by shame, or despair. It is what you wear when you know you are loved, accepted, clothed in righteousness and truly free.
A variety of fabrics were used to make this image including one of my husband’s old work shirts. The image was crafted through a mixture of free hand machine embroidery and hand embroidery.
The image is printed on art card to bring the image to life. The card itself measures approximately 5.5 inches by 5.5. The greeting card comes with a white envelope in a clear cellophane bag.
