‘Come Fly with Me, Lets Soar, Lets Fly Higher than we’ve ever been before’ - A Fine Art Print of my original Mixed Media Painting
In the book of Isaiah chapter 40v31 it says that 'those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.. They will soar on wings as eagles, run and not grow weary, walk and not be faint.’ Despite there being no eagles in this piece, this verse somehow felt like the sentiment behind it all – a fresh invitation to my heart to 'come' and to 'fly'. To allow Hope and Freedom and Song and Depth and Vibrancy of Colour to rise within me and sweep me higher! To soar on wings within the fullness of 'heavenly harmony' (as the wording on the randomly torn bit of manuscript paper says.) To come into Presence and Rest far above any weariness, fear or distraction and fix my heart on the One whose thoughts and ways are higher than mine (Isaiah 55). Perhaps sometimes the extra height is necessary to relieve life’s turbulence? – a bit like when storms hits a flightpath, the pilot will go higher.
This print would make a unique and beautiful encouragement gift and a wonderful addition to any home.
