Beth Choo Fine Art

I’m Beth, a Nottingham, UK based artist with a studio space at home. I am first and foremost a painter. I use a variety of techniques and mediums and I’m happiest when covered in paint, ink or glue. When absorbed in my creative process I am where I am meant to be and can often forget time.

I am inspired by the wondrous natural organic things I see in the world around me. This includes landscapes; birds; animals and all types of flora and fauna. I especially like to paint seascapes and dream of being on a deserted beach. I take great pleasure in playing with colour in new and interesting ways, and am fascinated with the connection between colour and emotion.

I have recently begun the journey of exploring Prophetic Art and painting with the Holy Spirit as an act of worship, and a way to hear from God.

My aim is to produce beautiful and exquisite work, which speaks to the heart and soul of those who see it, and connects them the the beauty of God’s creation and his unfailing love. I aim to create joy through my artwork for my clients and want my work to be treasured objects in their homes.
