There are so many items on the website, how can I find what I'm looking for?

We know that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming trying to find what you're looking for when there are so many items to browse and choose from.

Our main menu features different categories so you browse by the type of item (e.g. prints and art), or the purpose (e.g. gift inspiration), but you can also use the Search bar to find specific products, categories, and Sellers.

If you're still struggling to find what you're looking for, you can use the chat bubble - visible on FAQ pages and our Contact page, or send us an email, and a member of our team will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Can products be personalised?

Yes, many of the products on Cheerfully Given can be personalised.

You can browse the Personalised category via our main navigation menu, but you can also add a "Personalised" item filter when you're viewing a page of products if you're specifically looking for something with extra special details.

Can I send an item as a gift?

Yes!

You will need to use your recipient's shipping address when you check out.

Some products will give you the option to add "Additional Notes" so you can inform the Seller that the item will be sent straight to the recipient, and add a gift message if you want to.

If there isn't an "Additional Notes" section on a product, you can check out with your recipient's shipping address as usual and then email the Seller via your order confirmation email to let them know it's a gift.

Some Sellers are happy to add a gift message to your order, but please note that this is not always possible and is not guaranteed.

I have a question about an item, how can I ask it?

If the product's description hasn't answered your question, then head to the Seller's shop front and click the "Contact Seller" button.

This will open an email so you can ask whatever you'd like to know.

Our Sellers are always happy to answer questions, but please note that there can occasionally be a short delay in receiving a reply.

Do you sell anything apart from Christian gifts?

The Cheerfully Given marketplace features items that are specifically faith-based.

We want to share Jesus through creativity, and our marketplace highlights Christian artists, designers, and makers who are selling faith-based products.

So the products you find on Cheerfully Given are designed to speak the life of Jesus to people, and encourage us to look to Him in every part of life.

Do you sell gift cards?
