Can I apply to sell with you if I don't have an online shop at the moment?
Yes! We will need photos of the product range you intend to sell on the site, but if you can provide these via another source, you are welcome to apply.
Can you review my application without photographs of my products?
No, we are unable to review applications unless they have a link to product images.
If you don't currently have a website or online shop on another platform, you can provide us with a link to a Dropbox, Onedrive, or GDrive folder. Please ensure the permissions are set so that we can view them, and please do not provide WeTransfer links as we do not download files.
I don't create Christian gifts - can I still sell on Cheerfully Given?
Our marketplace is for specifically Christian products, so if you don't have any specifically Christian products in your range, we are unable to accept your application to sell through the marketplace.
We do acknowledge that not everybody wants to create Christian products, and we have a Christian business community called Cheerful Business which provides community, support and encouragement for Christians in business.
When will I hear back about my application?
We typically review applications every 4-6 weeks, but we have had a short delay recently while rebuilding and rebranding our website, so if you haven't heard back from us but it's been a bit longer than that - don't worry, we'll be replying to you soon!

I'm not based in the UK, can I join Cheerfully Given?
Our marketplace is currently focused on the UK, but you are welcome to submit an application and we will be in touch about any opportunities relevant for you.
