What is a "prophetic word"?
God loves us - we are His children, and He speaks to us.
The Bible promises that the words He says never return to him unfulfilled. God might speak to you directly or through someone else (called the prophetic gift).
If God promises it will be done, we can be assured of that, but not always in the timing we expect.
When God speaks, He is inviting us into a journey or a process with Him. It is His delight to ask us to respond to what He says. He wants us to ‘partner’ with Him by intentionally reflecting on what He has said, and He encourages us to seek Him for the next steps.
Partnering with God’s promises gives us hope, comfort, wisdom, vision, encouragement, peace and strength.
