The course is self administered:

• Read each chapter packed with: testimonies, teaching, advice and tips from both Thea and Dom about how important it is that we take our words and thought captive…and start declaring His truth about who we are over our lives.

• Watch the accompanying video, to bring it all to life (or watch the video first, which ever way around works for you!)

• Do the exercises and activities set out at the end of each chapter

• Then practice declaring God’s truth over yourself and your loved ones
