The Knitting Lion

Hello! 

Thanks for visiting my shop, The Knitted Lion! I'm Sam and I live in Bath with my husband and three children.  We have a lovely little cavapoo dog, called Molly Moo, who often keeps me company as I knit.  

Since the age of eight I have enjoyed knitting and crochet and as an adult have found it a great hobby to relax and unwind. I enjoy making little toys as gifts for friends and more recently have enjoyed making wire name signs.  The hobby has now turned into a business and I am so blessed to be able to do what I love for work!

I have created a few specific items to compile into a collection of words and shapes that come with a personalised gift message.  Each word has been influenced by a passage of scripture. The gift message reflects the scripture and encourages the recipient.

I am also happy to create customised words or names.  I  have a collection of 100% cotton wool colours available but if these aren't in keeping with your colour scheme please get in touch and I can try source a more suitable shade.  As the wool is made with cotton it is suitable for vegans. 

The signs contain wire and are not a toy. Therefore they must be kept out of reach of children.
