These personalised letter artworks are created from handlettered words, depicting the initials of a couple. You provide me with words you have chosen and I carefully write them into the shape of the letter by hand using a range of typographical styles. They make a gift that is completely personal, and are a lovely way to record special words, places, bible verse references, or names that are meaningful to a couple.
Whether it is a gift for an anniversary, a wedding, or for valentines day, commissioning a personalised letter will provide the couple with a gift that will be treasured for years to come, and that celebrates who God has made them to be.
Every artwork features a wide range of hand written typographical fonts.
How does it work?
You provide me with 24 words, and the chosen initials (in the personalisation box)
You list your words with your 6 lowest priority words at the bottom of your list.
As the words you choose are going to vary in length, I can only guarantee to fit 18 of the words in (but can usually fit 20+ in).
Up to three of the words can be two word phrases (e.g. "much loved", or "domestic goddess").
I sketch it all out in the chosen initial in pencil. This is done entirely by hand and by eye.
When I am happy with the composition I trace it onto the A4 300gsm textured card before finishing it in ink.
It is packed in a cello wrapper and recycled backing board for protection, and sent in a do not bend envelope, (Royal Mail Signed for second class) free of charge.
