This quote formed the starting point for my inspiration to this piece. Gentleness is so often seen as something weak, soft and easily taken advantage of. However, this misses the whole point of what gentleness really is. Gentleness is the ability to show consideration and kindness to others, despite knowing you have the right to do something else. And this I believe requires true strength of character. Only the weak are cruel. Gentleness can only be expected from the strong.

Hence this design, the riding angles are complemented by soft pastel colours, showing the duality of gentle strength.
