Product description

'Let There Be Light' A4 Print.  This bold and strikingly simple print are God's own words from Creation in Genesis 1:3; "Let there be light," and there was light. God saw that the light was good and he separated the light from the darkness. God called the light 'day' and the darkness he called 'night'. And there was evening, and there was morning - the first day.

Printed on high quality 220g ultra smooth acid free paper, all of my prints are sold unframed and will fit standard shop bought A4 frames. Prints are packed with a backing board and cellophane bag to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect, ready to frame condition.

This print is available in two colourways: pink/brown or pink/burnt orange. Please note, the colour may vary slightly, however I work hard to ensure my prints are as accurate as possible. I work in a very flexible way, so if you like any of my designs but would prefer it in a different colourway then please get in touch with me, I would love to hear from you.

I do hope this print will be a blessing to you and inspire you daily in your journey with God.

Meet the Maker

The Granary Creative

Bold and uncomplicated prints, cards and textile pieces, serving as reminders and encouragements of God's love for us all.

Hello! I'm Ali, aka 'The Granary Creative' and I live in rural Bedfordshire with my husband, three teenage daughters and Gus the dog. We have a beautiful, ramshackle 18th century Grain Store in our garden which I overlook as I work, hence the name!

I have been creative for as long as I remember - graffitiing my folks' patio with chalk, creating 'oil' paintings with mud and rose petals, upcycling old clothes into new creations, that kind of thing. I took this interest in all things tactile to another level when I studied Printed Textile Design at Central Saint Martins College way back in the mid nineties. Then I fell in love, married and family life took over.

For the best part of the last two decades, I have used my skills more as a hobby or in a church setting and I am very thankful for each and every one of those creative ways to serve, but I am now at that mid life point where I can no longer hold those creative juices at bay and I have taken a bold leap of faith in starting this incy wincy business. I am excited to share some of my work with you and I hope my simple, bold designs will encourage and remind you that God is so SO good. I also like to throw the odd little nod to church culture in the mix to make you smile.

Thanks so much for taking the time to read my story and I hope you have enjoyed visiting my shop. We were created to create and it's never too late!
