Hope Cushion Cover
Hope cushion cover, celebrating the hope we have in God shining through even during our darker struggles.
Ships from - United Kingdom
The Hope cushion cover is inspired by a personal time of struggle and heartbreak. Strange thing to have on a cushion cover! However during this period hope shone through, reminding me to keep going. That hope came from Habakkuk 3:17-19, reminding me that although things look terrible there is hope and to keep praising God. The darker colours, hand painted and blended in the usual style, are covered by a beautiful gold metallic paint. This represents the hope shining through. It is a beautiful reminder to anyone who is or has been though a tough patch. Or just display it because it’s beautiful…because it is!
Colours included in the blend are: Black, grey, navy, burgundy, dark purple, light blue, peach, green and pink.
Made to order and paint colours created by the maker, there will be slight variation to the product image.

Cushion covers, greeting cards and gifts hand drawn and painted by Lindsay Wright
Handmade Just Wright sells personalised cushion covers and gifts which are designed, hand drawn and hand painted by me, Lindsay Wright. Many of the product can be personalised to suit the person you're buying it for. The cushion covers make gorgeous wedding and baptism gifts, as well as new baby presents. All the wall art is custom made to order, simply submit a photo of the special building and they are hand drawn and digitally painted to create a wonderful wedding or anniversary gift.I fell in love with the craft of hand painting cushion covers whilst making Christmas gifts for relatives and it has been such a joy and a blessing to turn it into a business. I've always wanted to run a creative business, especially one that I can express my faith through. Handmade Just Wright is also a way to raise money for charity, with 10% of the profit from every item going Reach (https://reach.org.uk/). This has been an important charity to us over the past couple of years as my son was born in October 2015 with an upper limb difference, the support this charity provides is astounding.
I currently run Handmade Just Wright alongside my day job and looking after the children, so my working hours are all evenings (except Mondays), as all items are hand drawn and painted I recommend a 1-2 week turn around for cushion covers and wall art, 1 week for greetings cards. You can keep in touch with my comings and goings by following me on Instagram @handmadejustwright.
