- Your email address where a mock up of your print can be sent to you to ensure you're totally happy with your print prior to production

- Printed onto 260gsm lustre paper with high quality inks.
- A5 & A4 prints will be sent within a clear cello sleeve and board-backed envelope.
-A3 prints will come rolled in a postal tube.
- Unfortunately, I am unable to accept returns for personalised prints, however before your print is produced and shipped, a mock up will be sent to you to your allocated email address.

- I will endeavour to send you a mock up of your personalised print within 1-3 working days. As soon as you have confirmed you're completely happy with the print it will be sent by Royal Mail first class.
