"They Broke Bread In Their Homes & Ate Together With Glad And Sincere Hearts." - Acts 2v46
Jesus shared meals with many people during his time on earth. We celebrate his great defeat of sin and assurance of resurrection in the meal of Holy Communion. The early church shared all they had with each other. This piece has been designed to keep all those things in mind. To extend our table, break our bread and share life with each other gladly and sincerely.

Due to some exciting new adventures I will be closing my storefront on the 10th May. I have absolutely adored being a part of this incredible community and I hope to one day be back here creating something new; I lay that in God's hands and know that the plans He has for me are good.
There is now a 50% off sale on all of my products running from today (11th April) for one month (ending 10th May!!)
This E X C L U D E S all paper garlands as they are made to order items and will continue to be their usual price.
Thank you for all of your encouragement and support! Every order has brought me such joy and I have loved creating for you! It has been an honour!
So much love,
Thanks for popping by.
I'm April and I'm so happy you've come to have a gander at my shop.
aprilMADE was born out of a love for handlettering and displaying truth and encouragement around me in a beautiful way. I found as a new mum I was getting lost in the day to day routine of life and felt quite detached from God and his word. I began to take naptime as a space to be creative and listen to the Bible and that is where I found handlettering and painting! I feel so refreshed from creating a piece and use this time as an opportunity to reflect and pray. I hope you enjoy these pieces as much as I have enjoyed creating them!
When I'm not painting you'll find me tickling and chasing my two boys around, baking victoria sponges (cause you can't beat a classic!) and drooling over all the hobbycraft supplies (seriously though I can't stop trying new crafts! Help! Haha!). We have just relocated to Newton-Le-Willows in the North West where my husband is serving his curacy for the Church of England.
