In life's toughest moments the call to prayer is so much stronger. I have always found that writing down my prayers very liberating a way of pouring out my heart cries to God when I simply have not the words to articulate.
And then in true God like fashion, when all is said and done he gives me beauty for the ashes. And his comfort of he knows and he cares.
